Horizon By Your Side
A personalized support program for patients prescribed Horizon medicines.
Horizon Pharmaceutical (now Amgen) created a suite of Horizon branded websites to represent each of their products. Each product had 2 Horizon By Your Side websites, one for the health care provider, and one for the patient. Horizon By Your Side is a support service that Horizon Pharma created to help both health care providers and patients understand the ins and outs of the medications including insurance and cost, how to take the medications, peer support, and more.
This entire campaign is built on Crownpeak with custom components created by the Horizon Pharma development team.
